Initializing SECURENCE
The governance framework defining ownership, responsibilities, and conduct for all members of the SECURENCE team.
This Founder & Team Agreement establishes the internal structure, ownership, responsibilities, and operational principles of the SECURENCE project. Its purpose is to ensure clarity among all contributors regarding their roles, rights, and limitations while protecting the integrity, vision, and continuity of the project. By participating in SECURENCE in any capacity, all members agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.
SECURENCE is an independent project founded and owned by its creator. All intellectual property, concepts, systems, designs, and developments associated with SECURENCE remain under the sole ownership and authority of the founder. The founder retains full control over all strategic, technical, creative, and operational decisions. Participation by any individual or group does not alter, dilute, or transfer ownership unless explicitly defined through a separate written and legally binding agreement.
All individuals involved in SECURENCE are considered contributors or collaborators who voluntarily or mutually agree to support the development of the project. Participation may include involvement in hardware development, software engineering, research, design, strategy, or other supporting roles. Such participation does not automatically establish co-founder status, partnership, or any form of shared ownership unless formally declared and documented.
Each member may be assigned or may take on responsibilities based on their skills, availability, and project requirements. These responsibilities may evolve over time as the project develops. Members are expected to perform their roles with sincerity, professionalism, and commitment toward the shared vision of the project. However, the definition and modification of roles remain under the discretion of the founder to ensure alignment with project goals and efficiency in execution.
Participation in the project does not grant any individual ownership, equity, stake, or intellectual property rights in SECURENCE. All rights to the project, including current developments and future expansions, remain exclusively with the founder. Any expectation of ownership must be formally discussed and documented separately; otherwise, no implicit or assumed rights exist.
All contributions made by team members, including but not limited to code, designs, hardware concepts, ideas, research, documentation, and creative assets, become part of SECURENCE and are owned by the project. Contributors agree that any work created within the scope of the project is developed for SECURENCE and does not remain their personal intellectual property once integrated into the system. This ensures consistency, protection, and centralized control of all project assets.
All members are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any internal information related to SECURENCE. This includes project ideas, technical details, system architecture, design elements, future plans, and any discussions that take place within the team. Members must not disclose such information to external parties without prior permission. This obligation continues even after a member leaves the project.
Team members agree not to use their involvement in SECURENCE to develop, participate in, or support any competing project or similar concept. They must not attempt to replicate, reuse, or adapt any part of the project’s idea, system, or structure for independent or external purposes. Any attempt to create a similar system based on knowledge gained through SECURENCE will be considered a violation of this agreement.
Any tools, data, designs, or internal resources provided within the project are to be used strictly for SECURENCE-related purposes. Members are not permitted to use project resources for personal, external, or commercial activities. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of such resources is strictly prohibited.
All members are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and transparent communication within the team. Misconduct, including misuse of authority, disrespectful behavior, or actions that negatively impact team integrity, will not be tolerated. The project environment must remain focused, collaborative, and aligned with its mission.
If a member chooses to leave the project or is no longer part of the team, they will not retain any ownership, rights, or claims over SECURENCE or its assets. All contributions made during their involvement remain part of the project. The departing member must also continue to respect confidentiality obligations and must not reuse or disclose any internal information.
The founder reserves the right to remove or terminate any member’s involvement in the project at any time if deemed necessary. Reasons for removal may include inactivity, lack of contribution, misconduct, breach of confidentiality, violation of agreement terms, or misalignment with the project’s goals. This ensures that the integrity and progress of the project are maintained.
This agreement may be updated, modified, or expanded as the project evolves. Any significant changes may be communicated to team members. Continued participation in the project implies acceptance of updated terms.
By participating in SECURENCE, all members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement serves as a foundational framework to protect the project, its vision, and its ownership while enabling collaborative development.
